Cold Weather Running

Really! I know I said before that I was ok with cold weather as long as the snow/rain stopped, but I did not mean below 20 degree weather! I can't believe that much of the US is dealing with yet another cold front! When is it going to stop?!?!

I do my best running outside, but who likes running when they are freezing their butt off! Well, I could only hope that would happen, my past experiences indicate that I will still posses my bubble butt after any cold-weather run! So, if you are out their trekking in the cold, here are some encouraging
