Meal Planning: Week 3

Meal planning is going pretty well over at Team Kemp Residences. I did make another snafu in my planning from last week! I forgot that there was a home game on Friday, and I tend to cook "simpler" meals when it is just me! So, guess what is back on the menu? You just have to look to see!

I too have to share a great recipe! I had purchased green beans for one of my lunch sides, but had no clue how I would prepare them. Well, I tried this Caramelized Spicy Green Beans dish and cannot sing its praises loud enough! Now, this would not be gluten-free since it has soy sauce, but you could categorize this as a Paleo side dish!Try it! You will not be disappointed!

And, the Sweet Potato & Sausage Soup was a hit with Coach Kemp!!! Try it this week, especially if it is still cold in your area!

I am heading to the grocery store later today, and this is what is our weekly meal plan.
